The Company

About Neonline Logistics

Neonline Logistics is a final-mile airport logistics company specializing in time-critical freight, pharmaceutical supply chain, and final-mile delivery. Operating across 15 active airport markets nationwide, we move freight that cannot wait — and our warehouse team is where that speed and precision begins.

We are expanding our Phoenix (PHX) operation and are looking for a safety-first Forklift Driver who takes pride in doing the job right, every shift.

The Role

Position Summary

The Forklift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight throughout the warehouse — loading and unloading trucks and containers, staging time-critical shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

This is a hands-on, on-site role in a fast-paced airport logistics environment where attention to detail, equipment safety, and reliability directly impact on-time performance for our customers.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation
  • Safely drive and maneuver sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and electric/manual pallet jacks to transport freight throughout the facility.
Shipping & Receiving
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound freight trucks and containers, ensuring maximum space utilization, safe weight distribution, and damage-free handling.
Time-Critical Staging & Inventory Control
  • Stage, sequence, and prioritize shipments to meet tight airport cutoff times and recovery windows; communicate proactively with dispatch on shipment readiness.
  • Verify and log inventory using RF scanners and/or the Warehouse Management System (WMS); confirm piece counts, weights, and labeling against manifests.
Safety, Compliance & Documentation
  • Perform OSHA-mandated pre-shift equipment inspections, maintain a clean and hazard-free work zone, follow all facility and TSA-related security procedures, and immediately report faulty machinery or unsafe conditions.
  • Accurately handle shipping paperwork including manifests, bills of lading, and exception reports; flag overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) promptly.
Special Handling, Warehouse Support & Teamwork
  • Follow handling protocols for temperature-sensitive, pharmaceutical, and high-value freight, including proper segregation and chain-of-custody procedures.
  • Wrap, strap, and band pallets; build and break down freight; prepare orders; and perform general labor and housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Support drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse leads during peak volume periods; assist with cross-training and flex coverage across shifts when required.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Requirements

Required
  • Valid OSHA-compliant forklift operator certification required (or ability to obtain/renew certification upon hire). Reach truck experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment required. Airport cargo, freight forwarding, or 3PL experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs; comfortable bending, twisting, reaching, and standing/walking for extended shifts in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including Arizona summer conditions.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet airport/TSA security badging requirements where applicable.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong basic math and organizational skills to verify counts and accurately track paperwork (manifests, bills of lading, inventory logs).
  • Comfortable using RF scanners, WMS systems, and basic warehouse software; able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential — our freight runs on hard deadlines.
  • Able to clearly communicate shipment status, equipment issues, and safety concerns to leads and management.
