How It All Started
Neonline Logistics was born out of a deep commitment to making a difference in the logistics industry. Our co-founders, brothers Kartik, Ash, and Ankit, were once delivery drivers for a courier company, where they witnessed firsthand the challenges and frustrations that can arise in time-sensitive deliveries.
One pivotal moment shaped our journey. Kartik was tasked with delivering a heart for a critical heart transplant to University of California at Davis hospital from San Ramon, California. However, due to an unforeseen traffic accident, which closed highway, he couldn’t reach the hospital on time. Though Kartik informed the courier company, the message never reached the awaiting doctor. Once Kartik arrived at the hospital, the doctor revealed that had the heart arrived 20 minutes later, the patient might not have survived.
This experience ignited a passion in Kartik and his brothers to bring innovation and technology into logistics. With Kartik’s background in Management Information Systems, Big Data, and Business Intelligence, they sought to create a more effective and efficient delivery system, which now includes route optimization software, real-time tracking, and other technology. Their business education provided the knowledge needed to build and grow a company from the ground up. Today, Neonline Logistics stands as a proud family- and minority-owned business, dedicated to delivering with precision and care.

What started with a single van and two drivers has now grown into a thriving operation. Neonline Logistics began with just 1 customer, handling 5 deliveries per week. Today, we serve over 100+ customers, managing more than 250 deliveries weekly. Our fleet has expanded from 1 van to include 25 vans, 6 box trucks, and 2 refrigerated/temp-controlled trucks. With a network of over 250 drivers, we now operate in the San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, and Seattle.
Our Well-Trained Team
Our team is the backbone of our success. We take pride in our well-trained and highly-skilled drivers, all of whom undergo rigorous background checks and continuous training to ensure compliance with industry standards. Our team is OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and DOT compliant, with additional certifications, including TSA, TWIC, HAZMAT, Biohazard, blood-borne pathogen, UN3373, Lifeguard, and Dangerous Goods. We follow strict chain-of-custody procedures for pharmaceutical controlled substances and are trained in spill and leak containment procedures.
