Position Summary
The Evening Shift Dispatcher at Los Angeles is a critical operations role responsible for keeping Neonline's LAX station running at full performance during the evening shift (anytime between 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM). You are the nerve center of the evening operation — coordinating drivers in real time, communicating directly with clients, optimizing routes on the fly, and resolving escalations before they become incidents.
This role requires someone with proven dispatch experience in final-mile or logistics operations — someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and takes full ownership of their shift. LAX operates as one of the highest-volume stations in the Neonline network — evening shift performance here directly impacts our largest client relationships.
