About Neonline Logistics

Neonline Logistics is a rapidly growing final-mile and time-critical freight company operating across major U.S. markets. We specialize in on-demand, airport-rooted delivery solutions for clients who cannot afford to miss a window — from temperature-sensitive medical freight to high-priority commercial cargo.

The Role

Position Summary

The Branch Manager – Northern West Coast is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the full performance of Neonline's SFO station. This individual owns driver growth, fleet coordination, client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and station P&L. They are the face of Neonline Logistics in the Bay Area market.

This role is designed for a proven logistics operator with deep roots in time-critical, airport-based freight — someone who understands the urgency of every pickup, the non-negotiability of compliance, and the value of strong client relationships built over years in the field.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Station Leadership & Operations
  • Own and manage all daily operations at the SFO station, ensuring service standards, compliance, and performance targets are met consistently
  • Work directly with the Director of Operations and CEO during the first 90 days to absorb company vision, co-develop SOPs, and establish the foundation for sustainable station growth
  • Build, train, and develop a high-performing team — leading by example in a fast-paced, 24/7 logistics environment
  • Conduct monthly all-hands driver meetings to review performance metrics, protocols, and company updates
  • Deliver structured team training on a weekly or monthly basis based on operational requirements
Driver Recruitment & Workforce Growth
  • Manage and retain a fleet of drivers across all vehicle classes: Car, Van, Truck, Box Truck, Tractor Trailer, Reefer Van, and Reefer Truck
  • Develop driver retention programs and maintain engagement through consistent communication, performance recognition, and professional development
  • Monitor individual driver performance and implement corrective action or coaching plans as needed
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all SFO-based clients — building trust, resolving service issues, and maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Represent Neonline Logistics on client calls and meetings, providing ground-level operational expertise and credibility
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Northern West Coast market
  • Earn commission on net new client accounts brought in directly — with full company support in the sales process
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
Compliance, Safety & Quality Standards
  • Ensure full compliance with all TSA regulations, DOT requirements, and airport authority protocols at all times — zero tolerance for gaps
  • Oversee the proper handling, documentation, and chain-of-custody for temperature-sensitive freight, including dry ice and cold-chain shipments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local transportation regulations affecting final-mile and airport cargo operations
  • Ensure all drivers and station personnel meet badging, credentialing, and security clearance requirements
  • Conduct regular audits of operational procedures to identify compliance risks and implement corrective measures proactively
Performance Management & Reporting
  • Own the SFO station P&L — managing costs, maximizing revenue, and delivering consistent quarter-over-quarter growth
  • Track, analyze, and report on all key performance indicators on a regular cadence to the Director of Operations
  • Utilize technology platforms and AI-driven tools to optimize route efficiency, dispatch operations, and workforce scheduling
  • Contribute to company-wide strategic planning discussions and represent SFO's needs and opportunities at the leadership level

Qualifications & Experience

Required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in time-critical medical or freight logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in airport ground operations with a thorough, working knowledge of TSA regulations, DOT compliance, and airport credentialing requirements
  • Proven background in on-demand final-mile delivery operations at scale — managing multi-vehicle-class fleets in a high-accountability environment
  • Hands-on experience with temperature-sensitive freight handling, including dry ice protocols and cold-chain compliance
  • Track record of building and growing a driver workforce — recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention
  • Direct client relationship management experience at the operational level — not just internal-facing
  • Strong professional network within the time-critical freight and airport logistics ecosystem
Skills & Attributes
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using TMS, dispatch, or route optimization platforms; genuine interest in AI-driven operational tools

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority situations simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to build systems, processes, and culture from the ground up in a scaling startup environment
  • Flexible availability — understands that time-critical logistics does not follow a fixed schedule
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge and all required clearances for SFO operations
  • Willingness to travel for industry conferences, client meetings, and company-wide leadership events as required
